Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return*.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@rahulsjewels.com with your order number and the word "Return/Exchange" in the subject line.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The item must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the shipping label.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Items are returned or exchanged at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
- All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet these conditions stated above.
- If your returned item is rejected upon inspection, that item will be returned to you at your expense.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically for the original item price minus and a $50 restocking fee.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@rahulsjewels.com.
Exchanges
- Only one exchange per order will be accepted.
- If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference; if it is of greater value, you must pay the difference before shipping.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send you the exchanged item.
* Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Made-to-order or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Repairs
Repair requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@rahulsjewels.com to submit a repair request. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can evaluate and respond accordingly.
