Shipping policy

At Rahul's Jewels, we take great care in ensuring that your order arrives securely and on time. Please review our policy to understand how we handle shipping, returns, and repairs.

Shipping Locations

  • Domestic: All states within U.S.A. (no PO Boxes)
  • International: Select countries. Please contact us directly at support@rahulsjewels.com to confirm shipping availability.

Note: All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Fulfillment Timelines

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Pieces: Require 1–2 weeks for production before shipping.
  • Order Status: Check your order confirmation email to check your order status online or you can reach out to us directly at support@rahulsjewels.com M-F for order status and we will respond within 24 hours.

*Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery Terms

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Delivery Attempts: If your order is not received after 3 delivery attempts:
    • In-stock items will be refunded minus a $50 restocking fee.
    • Made-to-order items are non-refundable. If reshipment is needed, the customer will be charged accordingly.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked as delivered, we are not liable for any loss or theft.

Insurance & Tracking

  • All items are fully insured while in transit.
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

  • For orders with item values $1,000 and UNDER (before tax)
    • 2-Day Shipping (via UPS) = $10
    • Next Day Shipping (via FedEx) = $30
  • For orders with item values $1,000.01 and OVER (before tax)
    • 2-Day Shipping (via UPS) = FREE
    • Next Day Shipping (via FedEx) = $20
